在校生及其兄弟姐妹:
- 在校生: 即日起,請家長核對學校已發出的註冊表單,確認無誤後請簽名,並連同學費支票一同繳交給學校老師或辦公室 (Room A102) 。
- 在校生的兄弟姐妹: 即日起,請上網填寫報名表或下載紙本填寫,連同學費支票,及出生證明文件一同繳交至辦公室 (Room A102) 。
- 現場註冊時間: 在校生及其兄弟姐妹可於2026年3月27日、4月17日、5月1日和5月8日 晚上7:00至8:50到辦公室辨理註冊。
- 為確保在校生及其兄弟姐妹的優先錄取資格,請於3月27日或4月17日,繳回註冊表格和學費支票。5月1日晚上7點以後,將不再保留優先錄取資格。
- 在校生及其兄弟姊妹,仍然可以在2026年8月21日之前遞交註冊表;然而,是否錄取將視各班剩餘名額而定,並依報名先後順序處理。
新生:
- 新生: 請上網填寫報名表或下載紙本表格填寫,並將表格連同學費支票一併繳交至灣谷中文學校辦公室(Room A102)。是否錄取將視各班剩餘名額而定,並依報名先後順序處理。

新生現場註冊日為2026年5月1日(首次對外開放日)及5月8日,時間為晚上7:00 至 8:50,地點在灣谷中文學校辦公室(Room A102)。請攜帶填妥並簽名的紙本表格,以及學費支票前來辦理。也可以先提交線上報名表,之後再至現場繳交學費;註冊手續將在完成繳費後才視為正式完成。
For returning students & siblings of returning students:
- Returning Students: Effective immediately, please review the pre-filled Registration Forms issued by the school. Make any necessary corrections in red ink, sign the forms, and submit them along with the tuition check either to your teachers or to the school office (Room A102).
- Siblings of Returning Students: Effective immediately, please complete the Registration Forms online or download the paper version. Submit the completed and signed Forms along with the tuition check to the school office (Room A102).
- In-person registration dates for returning students & their siblings are Mar 27, April 17, May 1 and May 8, 2026, from 7:00p.m. to 8:50 p.m. at the school office (Room A102).
- To retain enrollment priority, returning students are encouraged to submit their Registration Forms and tuition checks on March 27 or April 17, 2026. Enrollment priority will no longer be guaranteed after 7 pm on May 1, 2026.
- Registrations will still be accepted through August 21, 2026; however, acceptance will be contingent upon space availability and processed on a first-come first-served basis.
For new students:
- New students: Please complete the Registration Forms online or download and fill out the paper version and submit them along with the tuition check to the school office (A102). Acceptance will be contingent upon space availability and processed on a first-come first-served basis.
- In-person registration dates for new students are May 1, 2026 (the first day open to the public) & May 8, 2026, from 7:00p.m. to 8:50 p.m. at the BVCS office (Room A102). Please bring to the office the completed and signed paper Registration Forms (accessible from the BVCS website) together with the tuition check. You may also submit the online Registration Forms first and pay the tuition in person later. Registration will only be considered complete when the school receives the tuition payment.
