在校生及其兄弟姐妹

  1. 在校生：請家長核對學校已發出的註冊表，確認無誤後簽名，並連同學費支票交給老師或送至辦公
  2. 在校生的兄弟姐妹：請家長上網填寫線上報名表，或下載紙本，填妥後，連同學費支票，及出生證 明文件送至辦公室 (Room A102) 。
  3. 現場註冊時間:　在校生及其兄弟姐妹可於2025年4月4日、4月18日、5月2日和5月９日 晚上7:00至 8:50到辦公室辨理註冊。
  4. 優先錄取期限: 5月2日晚上７點以後，將不再保留優先錄取資格。
  5. 截止註冊日期: 若錯過優先期限，仍可於 2025年8月23日 前遞交註冊表；但是否錄取，將視各班剩餘 名額，並依報名順序決定。

新生：

  1. 報名方式：請上網填寫報名表或下載紙本表格填寫，完成後，請到辦公室（Room A102）繳交學費 支票及紙本註冊表格。錄取與否將依據各班空位及註冊順序而定。
  2. 新生現場註冊日: 2025年5月2日（首次對外開放）及5月9日，時間為晚上7:00 至 8:50，地點在灣谷中 文學校辦公室（Room A102）。請攜帶填妥並簽名的紙本表格，以及學費支票前來辦理。若已在線上報名，可到現場繳交學費支票；註冊手續須在學校收到繳費後才算正式完成。
  3. 分班考試：新生如需參加分班考試，學校將另行通知相關資訊。

For Returning Students and Their Siblings

  1. Returning Students: Please review the pre-filled Registration Forms provided by the school. Make any necessary corrections using red ink, sign the forms, and submit them with the tuition check either to your teachers or to the school office (Room A102).
  2. Siblings of Returning Students: Please complete the online Registration Forms or download the paper version. Return the completed and signed Forms with the tuition check to the school office (Room A102).
  3. In-person Registration Dates for returning students & their siblings: April 4, April 18, May 2 and May 9, 2025, from 7:00p.m. to 8:50 p.m. at the school office (Room A102).
  4. Priority Enrollment Deadline: Priority enrollment will no longer be guaranteed after 7 pm on May 2, 2025.
  5. Registration Deadline: Registration is open through August 23, 2025; however, acceptance will depend on space availability and the application is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

For new students:

  1. How to Register: Please complete the online Registration Forms or download the paper version. Submit them with the tuition check to the school office (A102). Acceptance is based on space availability and application is processed in the order received.
  2. In-person registration dates for new students: May 2, 2025 (first day open to the public) and May 9, 2025, from 7:00p.m. to 8:50 p.m. at the BVCS office (Room A102). Please bring to the office the completed and signed paper Registration Forms (accessible from the BVCS website) together with the tuition check. You may also submit the online Registration Forms first and pay the tuition in person later. Registration is only complete when the tuition payment is received.
  3. Placement Test: If a placement test is needed, families will be notified separately.
