灣谷中文學校，2A班孔迎老師，4A班呂雪芬老師，將會到場接受表揚。
On September 25, two of our teachers, 2A teacher Miss Ying Kong and 4A teacher Miss Sheue-Fen Lu, will be honored by the Association of Northern California Chinese Schools and receive the prestigious Distinguished Teacher Award at the Culture Center of Taipei and Economic office
為感謝老師們孜孜不倦，忠誠教學的精神，董事會藉由教師節的機會，宣布2022-2023年度灣谷中文學校，榮獲長期服務嘉許的老師名單。
BVCS recognizes the commitment and contributions of our loyal teachers through the Long-Term Service Award Program. 11/11，「黑鷹博物館」文化之旅，報名額滿！
「黑鷹博物館」文化之旅，報名人數已達上限。
校方將在近期，以email方式，通知前六十名報名成功的家長和學生。
請收到校方通知的家長，自行列印校外教學同意書（waiver form），並於10/21日前，繳交至學校A101辦公室給李校長。
向隅的家庭，校方將不另行通知。
「黑鷹博物館」在一年中，有幾次免費開放參觀的機會。博物館地點鄰近社區，交通方便，如果您錯過了這次參加校外教學的機會，以後亦可自行前往，非常方便。
Registration for the November 11 "Blackhawk Museum" cultural tour has been closed.
Thank you for your interest. The response has been overwhelming and we have reached peak registration capacity.
For the top sixty students and parents, BVCS will confirm your successful registration via email. These parents should print and complete the field trip waiver form ("Consent and Waiver for Participants") and turn it in before October 21, 2022 to our office at Room A101 (Attn: Principal Noya Lee).
For those who are beyond the threshold, you will not receive any notice from BVCS. Please do not feel disappointed. Throughout the year, the Blackhawk Museum offers several free general admissions. With the proximity of the museum, it is convenient for families to go on their own in the future.

School Safety Drill on September 30:
Nothing is of greater importance than the safety of our students! A comprehensive mock drill is scheduled on September 30 to familiarize us with the appropriate response in the event of an emergency situation. Teachers and staff already underwent a pre-exercise training last Friday on September 16. Special thanks to Frank Chiang, our Director of Student Affairs and speaker for the pre-exercise training.
On September 30, parent yard-duties are to work cooperatively with Director Chiang and lead students and teachers through a smoothly run exercise.
