我們很榮幸再次邀請到吳醫生擔任講者，他經驗豐富，多年來帶領急救培訓。身為灣谷家長的他，特別了解學校的實際需要。他將分享如何在照顧孩子或在校園巡視時，更冷靜、更有準備地守護學生。

We are delighted to welcome back Doctor Ryan Wu, a longtime speaker on this topic. As a parent of BVCS himself, he understands our school’s needs and will share valuable insights on how to be more prepared as a caretaker, a yard duty and an informed parent.

<家長樂園>: 凝聚家長，共享時光
為了讓家長們有更多互動與交流的機會，學校特別推出了 <家長樂園>的項目。透過一系列精心規劃的工作坊、講座和活動，大家可以在輕鬆、有趣的氛圍中相聚，建立彼此的連結。
上週已經打出了第一炮，舉辦了月餅工作坊。從照片中可以看到，現場洋溢著笑聲與月餅香氣，家長們一邊動手製作，一邊分享心得與故事，留下滿滿溫馨回憶。這個美好的開始，為未來更多交流活動揭開了序幕。
<Parentopia>: Building Bonds and Sharing Joy
To foster stronger parent engagement and create a vibrant community hub, last week the school unveiled the <Parentopia> program, which is indeed a series of workshops, seminars and activities curated to bring parents together in a fun and supportive vibe.
As seen in the photos above, the Parent Mooncake Workshop was a delightful success. Laughter and the aroma of freshly pressed mooncakes filled up the room as parents rolled up their sleeves and discovered new connections. This joyful beginning set the stage for many more activities to come.

2025 北加州中文學校聯合會 學生志工服務獎
ANCCS Student Volunteer Service Award
🔹 主辦單位 | Organizer 在加州州眾議員李天明（Alex Lee）辦公室的支持下，「北加州中文學校聯合會」（ANCCS）於 2025 年創立了 ANCCS 學生志工服務獎（SVSA），以彌補「總統志工服務獎」停辦後所留下的空缺。
這項由本地推行的獎勵計畫，旨在表彰在連續 12 個月內展現傑出公民參與精神及服務熱忱的學生志工與無給職助教。
With the support of the Office of California State Assemblymember Alex Lee, the Association of Northern California Chinese Schools (ANCCS) launched the ANCCS Student Volunteer Service Award (SVSA) in 2025 to fill the void left by the suspension of the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
This locally administered program recognizes student volunteers and unpaid teaching assistants who have demonstrated exemplary civic engagement and community service over a continuous 12-month period. The Award honors individuals who exhibit a sustained and meaningful commitment to making a positive impact in their communities.
