Lantern Festival this Saturday, February 11
The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month. As the traditional custom, the "Guessing lantern riddles" is an essential part of the Festival. We also eat the yuanxiao (or rice dumplings, or tangyuan). Tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan", meaning reunion, bringing the harmony and happiness to the family.
